So, the doc changed my antibiotics. She thought there was a chance the penicillin had stopped working because of being used twice on the same infection. The new one is twice a day instead of 4 times \o/ It's definitely hit my chest, and that was what was the worst part about trying to sleep last night. Acupuncture this afternoon was a huge success. I felt the effects almost immediately, specifically from the one pin/needle right in the centre of the inflammation.
